Welcome. This "blog" site serves to provide a way to get information to members of ACSM who are part of the "STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALTIES INTEREST GROUP". Dr. John McCarthy (Univ of Alabama-Birmingham) is the chair of this group, and he has provided the following information for those who will be attending the 2008 ACSM conference in Indianapolis.

You are encouraged to join us at our annual interest group meeting. This is your opportunity to network with researchers, educators, and students in our area, express your ideas about next year’s annual meeting program, and learn more about current ACSM activities in strength and conditioning.
