Welcome. This "blog" site serves to provide a way to get information to members of ACSM who are part of the "STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALTIES INTEREST GROUP". Dr. John McCarthy (Univ of Alabama-Birmingham) is the chair of this group, and he has provided the following information for those who will be attending the 2008 ACSM conference in Indianapolis.
